Our mission is to teach each of our students how to achieve optimal health and educate others to achieve the same. This educational model provides a framework for practitioner-client interaction designed to assist the practitioner and empower the client in his or her quest for health mentally, physically, and spiritually. This program will empower each graduate with the critical thinking skills and health information literacy needed to be influential researchers, writers, educators, and consultants. Graduates of the Certified Applied Lifestyle Medicine Program will acquire the skills and knowledge to build a safe and effective Natural Health & Wellness Consulting Practice. The curriculum educates students to apply a bio-psycho-social model of care to meet health and wellness goals.
The main emphasis of the program is on developing real-world clinical competence. Topics such as ethics, business, and legal issues in the Natural Health & Wellness Consulting Practice are explored in order to facilitate the transition from student to working professional. Graduates will acquire the skillset and knowledge necessary to become thought leaders in the field of natural products, with an understanding of the herbal supplement field, fitting them for collaborating distributors with The Dr. Chornes Botanical Formulae company and as entrepreneurs.

Our distance learning course will allow you to study from your computer, at your leisure, and in the privacy of your own home, or anywhere else you have a high-speed internet connection.
Classes are ongoing, and students can start upon enrollment.
Classes meet LIVE via Zoom one to two nights per week and one weekend per month.
Class schedules are submitted on a monthly and bi-monthly basis.
All Zoom classes are recorded and made available for viewing once they are processed and are accessible at any time after their release.
Each month students will receive a study guide and assignments.
